Provides thorough
review and analysis of every stage in complete life cycle of production
environment from initial violation capture through ticket mailing and
subsequent activities, to meet accuracy and timeliness goals. Tracks and
reports on program and financial metrics. Works with vendors on software
design, development, testing, and implementation.
Qualifications:
5
years experience with Microsoft Excel
5
years experience in data analysis
5
years experience with Microsoft Word
1
year experience with Minitab is a plus
5
years experience in financial analysis
2
years experience in mapping / GIS
1
year knowledge of process monitoring and reject analysis is highly desired
2
years with DMV / License Plate knowledge is a plus
2
years experience in business process design and flowcharting
2
years experience in software testing
Valid
US Driver's license
Must
have no pointable moving violations for 3 years
