Summary of Position: TS SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide system engineering and systems development support experience to include implementing SAS updates to the appropriate software system(s).Provide direct support for, and execution of the technical support activities as described in the SPLITGLASS SOW. Enforce work standards and review and resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS Familiarity with statistical terminology and techniques in order to effectively communicate with team statisticians for the implementation of statistical techniques using SAS products. Experienced with the use of SAS products in a complex UNIX/Solaris environment. Possess good communication skills required for explaining and introducing ideas and solutions to complex problems, to include defining the system architecture and providing hardware specifications to ensure optimal SAS performance as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical discipline.Must be proficient with Microsoft office products:Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Six years of practical experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testing SAS applications using SAS, SAS macros, SAS Stat, and SAS Graph, to include experience producing SAS output using SAS ODS.
One year of experience with SAS Integration Technologies, AppDev Studio, and Forecasting Server Software products.
Six years experience in SAS Macro programming, SAS programming as batch processing, to include the installation of the following SAS products:Base SAS, SAS Stat, SAS Graph, SAS Integration Technologies, AppDev Studio, and Forecasting Server Software.
